It works fine for me and the user who reported this and he confirmed latest update working. so you may need to re-download in case you got old one

Jorjani I don't solved it. I have same problem that you explain with version 8 and 9.

I'm download the v9 now and try it and it still not working. I'm waiting that the team fix it.

I'm sure that the team can fix it as son as possible

Deleted previous app on my iPad mini (6.Generation), 16.1.1, did a reboot and installed the new app, but unfortunately it crashes at the same point, once the login attempt is made.

Also about app size, is it due to app thinning, your version is so much smaller? Could this be related to the crashes?
