When you go to "app.iosgods" website, you can just simply click to "..." button, it gives you this thing:

And you can just download an IPA file.

I recommended not using the ipa file and use directly install, I just tested and works fine without problem. Or you can try with new simply piano account

there are cases in which the application does not work as it should. There are simple modes that recognize my notes, but there are other modes where I simply don't recognize the notes that I play.
