@Federik Boss fight: 

Activ: no skillcooldown and enemies dont move (dont move include enemies dont attack/use skills) 

then stay with all characters in front of the boss and use one skill -> change char -> use next skill... until Boss is down. 

In higher missions u cant kill Bosses with one Char. 

Notice that only kaneki white hair stay unkillable if you have no skill cd activ. deactivate it and wait 5-7 seconds for kill!
