There is a lot of confusion here, im gonna try my best to explain:

First of all, all hacks works for you and your enemies, so keep that in mind.

1Demi-god: All normal attacks (Not skills) do 1 damage, use this with normal enemies because they dont have skills

2:No Skill Cooldown: As i said, your enemy gets this too, so be careful when to use it, because some skills make enemies impossible to kill with this on

The plan is: Enter the stage with demi god and no skill cooldown, then when the boss spawns enable all the hacks, this makes the boss incapable of dealing damage, the downside is that you have to kill the boss with only 1 character (the one you control)

@Joka I think its possible (seen on an android one) to multiply the damage and the shield, like 5x damage, it may not kick you out since its not that high
