If you already played the game in the past where you can cheat it with LocalIAPStore... I know it will sync into iCloud. Then, uninstall the game, once you're in the main loading screen it will tell you if you like to use your iCloud save (also you can see there your golds and bux amount) so yeah... Choose it. And thats the only way to do what you want.

Also you can try downloading some save game but I know, it will automatically corrupt by the game.
