Perhaps you have some downloaded IPAs that are stored on your system and not deleted?

How can I clean that up?

Go in Cydia > Storage information for a better view on your storage usage. If it's not in the /private/ folder then you have a lot of Cydia tweaks

Run this command in Terminal:

cd / && find . -size +400M

And it'll list you all files that are bigger than 400MBs. Don't delete without informing yourself first as some system files may also appear there.
