step 1. install cydia imacptor on windows&mac OS X http://www.cydiaimpactor.com/

step 2. install the IPA for electra from https://coolstar.org/electra/

step 3. open cydia impactor NOTE: do not run as adminstrator & make sure you have itunes opened

step 4. import the IPA to cydia impactor

step 5. type in your email and get a specific password from https://appleid.apple.com/

step 6. you can't jailbreak 11.2.6

Well ! Seeing the hopes of jailbreaking shattered in the comments, I guess this was one of those heartbreaking stories.
