I use a tweak on iOS 10.3.3 called Equalizer Everywhere by Reed Weichler from his repo. Don’t know if it works on iOS 11

That's one of the reasons why I switched from IOS to Android. I also had a lot of problems connecting my iPhone to my audio system in my car.
