Help/Support JAVA Scrip not working on safari?

I have an iPhone 5 on ios 10.3.3 Andy I am jail broken with H3lix. When I try load almost any website I get an error reorder on the page saying;

"JavaScript is disabled. For a better experience, please enable JavaScript in your browser before proceeding."

please help  Chrome works fine though

Go in settings - safari - advanced - enable JavaScript here

Stopped working again, its still turned on

???? Maybe a tweak that's causing it? Do yiu have any tweak that hooks into safari?

maybe you should just download a new browser. In my experience both chrome and Firefox work well with JavaScript.
