Introduction Hi guys, I have a stupid question

Hello guys, I am new here and have a question thats really stupid here 

Iam used to hacking android games and most of the time it's a modded APK menu and all i do is just install it 

But here I get a .Deb file which is about 1-2 mb 

My question is do I download the game/app from the app store then just download the .Deb file and open it with filza?

Yep, just download game and then .deb file, simple  (some hacks are in-game menu, which you don't see in settings, just login through IOSGODS and tap 3-2 fingers, or with other ways that listed in hack page)
