Help/Support AppStore not working properly after restore

Hello.

Basically, i had the / partition ( for tweaks ) full, so i decided to restore the iPhone through iTunes, all went good, except for theAppStore, which is now not download anything. 

If i click on the little cloud with an arrow on it to re-download, it does like a 0.01ms animation of the loading circle then back to the cloud, and doesn't download.

It happened after installing App Admin ( which it was normally working until the restore ... ) but i didn't tried to download any app first, so not sure if that was causing it.

I tried already removing AppAdmin and rebooting etc...

That's the first time it happens, since i already restored my iPhone many times, and it worked perfectly.

And yes, it is Jailbroken ( H3lix, 10.3.3 )

I'm tired of restoring, if there are alternative ways ( no AppCake ) , let me know, thank you.

It's an iOS bug. Can you install non-iCloud apps normally though?

What do you mean by non-iCloud apps?

I somehow managed to download Telegram, but now it's not working anymore.

I'm so confused.

Can you download apps that don't have the iCloud button on it. That say INSTALL or GET.

Oh.

No, i can't. 

Does the same thing, a fast animation with a circle then gets back to " GET ". 

Think i'm just going to restore, once again.
