Help/Support PUBG Mobile Freezing on Authentication

I’m facing a problem with pubg, every time I open pubg it keeps freezing in the loading screen or whenever I use my fb accnt..

This seems to be an issue that's affecting a few users, some say that using Wi-Fi/Mobile Data instead helps. Have you read through the posts?

I'm using data and I used Icon tool to reset everything (data app) and still. On guests it opens and all but not Facebook

Have you tried logging in via Facebook before tapping on the user card?

Yeah, on Facebook, it just freezes but doesn't crash unless you're not on the app. On guests, it worked fine but it tells me to create a new character

Maybe the problem is on data mode??

Was fine yesterday when I was connected to our WiFi....

Change from data to wifi works for me...dont know why the problem suddenly happened

Same issue here with iPad mini 4, iPhone 6 / 6+ & iPad Air 2 - all the same stuck issue but with iPhone 6s / iPhone 7/7+  & iPhone X works fine ( W H Y )
