Change banned account warfriends.

    Yesterday I was banned from the warfriends game for using an external program not linked to this page (igameguardian).

     
    The problem that I have to delete the game, change id apple, gamecenter and reinstall the game when I enter with another game user I'm still signing in with my banned account I can not change account.How can it be that when I access another user I keep getting the previous account?I'll have  MAC tracking? Sorry i use translator.i Need help please.i like this game :)

    I tried another phone and I can change the accounts when I logged in with another game center, phone that I can change accounts has ios 11,phone no change has ios 10.

    any ideas? ?
