Just re-uploaded again can you try it out? If it still doesn't work then probably they have anti-crack now which is not related to cheats

@Laxus I redownloaded and tried again it still isn't working.  It's just like a black icon on my ipad and when I push on it is says it is unable to install.  Thanks for trying.
