Help/Support Hack/Mods settings doesn’t appear in the settings app

First, My Device: Iphone 6 Plus

Jailbreak: Electra 1.0.4

My Problem: The settings for the hack doesn’t appear in the settings app, i do have Substrate and Preference Loader, and i do get the pop-up in-game, but the Hack/Mod settings doesn’t appear.

and i’ve checked the version of the hack and the game and they are on the same version

im trying to install Modern Strike Online hack

Well, this is because PreferenceLoader and Cydia Substrate don’t fully support the new substrate of Electra’s jailbreak. Might take a while since Saurik and Coolstar don’t like each other, making Saurik not wanting to update his packages for this jailbreak. Please correct me if I’m wrong
