If your tweak.xm is all good then simple cd into your project folder:

Example:
 

cd /var/mobile/blockheads/

And then type in Terminal:
 

make package

Makes the package into a .deb.
 

make package install 

Makes it and installs it for you.

alpine

 

 

And try to make it again.

Lol i install sdk 2.0 but I delete and install 7.0

Yeah, iOS 7 SDK is more preferred.
