Help/Support Hacking a game for IOS with a MAC?

Hey, guys! I'm having a hard time figuring out how to extract a file to another file. E.g. When following this specific tutorial, " " When it ask me to extract a file to another file using WinRAR, I cannot seem to figure out how to do this considering WinRaR does not work on a MAC. Is there an alternative to WinRar?
