Hello, is there anyway to backup everything in my iDevice except the jailbreak files in the Device? i backed up my old iPhone 5s before and when i restored backup on my new iPhone

most of the Jailbreak stuffs were remaining... for eg: after i jailbroke my phone with electra, all my cydia repos were the same as the old iPhone, when i installed Flex3, all the patched still existed :/ and also it sometimes makes my phone crash even when it’s in non-jb state :/ (it had no problem before restoring backup)

shortly, i’m just asking for a method to backup everything (my passwords, keychain and stuff) except jb files...

I believe you cannot pick what files you'd want to keep when backing up. Unless you backup, then you edit the backup and remove the files you do not need. But that's sounds quite dangerous and might not even work properly.

You can try AnyTrans, iMazing & iBackupBot.
