I think I did everything perfectly, I did it on an iphone 6s with ios 13.1.2 with checkra1n. Maybe my problem is Cydia Substrate and PreferenceLoader ... I am not very practical with Cydia, I had it years ago and I re-downloaded it these days. In any case, I opened the link, I opened it with Filza (downloaded from Cydia itself), I installed it but nothing new comes out in the settings. I looked for something like Cydia Substrate (because I couldn't find a tweak called just like that) and ''PreferenceLoader'' by looking for them in "Package names and descriptions". Some HEEELP? @bR34Kr
