git submodule update --init --recursive

When I execute this it says "https" error even if I have installed CURL.

Run this command: 

git config --global http.sslVerify false

 

And try again.

Yes but I need to write "git://" rather than "https://".

And is there any way to manually do change the command so "git://" is used?

No, https:// works fine for me using that tutorial. Make sure you're using the official git version and not some 3rd party one.

Is the official one hosted by radare? That's the one I have.
