Help/Support .Deb hack not show in settings

I have a problem everytime after installing a deb it show result code: 0 but when i go to the setting i see nothing please help it's happen to every .deb package i install :< sorry for my bad english

be more specific what type of .deb hacks? mod menus? tweaks? or hacks?

everything it's only show locallAPstore in the setting  i have install almost a hero deb, 8 ball pool, angry birds evolution but it not showing
