Update your Cydia Impactor as Saurik released an update to fix this issue.

I would keep your older version also to use Xcode on it because there is an error when you try to revoke certifications on the new one progress.hpp:87_assert(false)

If there is, Saurik would likely fix it in a future update.

You don't need a jb device to use it but I don't know what versions it works for if not all

What I did first, I revoked the certificate on my device with Ext3nder , after that i installed Yalu with cydia impactor from my laptop.

I couldn’t install yalu from extender, i did get the same error as you.

provision.cpp:138

maxQuantity

. Good luck

You can try using Impactor_0.9.43 to revoke certificates as the new one doesn't let. Then use 0.9.44 to install IPA's.
