Help/Support Theos Error 2

hi, i installed theos 2018 using 

 and i keep getting error 2 when i try to use the command "make package messages=yes" 

i am using Shmoos mod menu template btw

Open your Control file and just add a new line at the bottom. Save then recompile.

I don't think he get it when you said "

Newline. Empty new line. Just press ENTER at the end of the file in your text editor.

I did that and I still have the error
