For iOS 9 jailbroken devices that don't want to update their firmware in order to install.

Add tweak lowerinstall from biteyourapple repo to install the game.  This tweak allows you to spoof your ios version -You're welcomed✌️

Happens to me too...I've just been restarting the game a few times until it actually works...also make sure u activate the mod menu too?
