here are the tweaks installed on my device that rely on CS and affect all apps: switchspring, icontool and cydelete7. Do you have any of these on your device?

Maybe icontool does something. Also make sure you have the latest lldb and it's prerequisites

lldb/gdb works fine when the device is in safe mode

Rely on Cydia Substrate and effect all apps.

i uninstalled everything but it didnt work.
