There could be something that's causing this error on all your apps but we don't know what.

working now . I just booted my ipad into safe mode then attached gbd/lldb then bam! Hehehe

And normal mode still doesn't? Might be a tweak causing this. Check for something which has effect over all your apps.

It's may be iApCrazy or flex . Or an adblocker tweak. These tweaks affect almost all the apps and games

Every tweak that relies on Cydia Substrate for it to work..

Rely on Cydia Substrate and effect all apps.

Uninstall iAPCrazy and Flex. If possible uninstall Mobile Substrate and then re install it after respring.

I think Flex can work in Safe Mode?

 

But I don't think it's tgat either because I have it also.

Rely on Cydia Substrate and effect all apps.

here are the tweaks installed on my device that rely on CS and affect all apps: switchspring, icontool and cydelete7. Do you have any of these on your device?
