Help/Support Non-stop download help

         So about a year ago, I recall playing Cops (Critical Ops) with hacks. I attempted to download an update of the app in the store and it supposedly worked. A few hours later, I noticed that the cops app icon was still dim, like it was still updating. 

          In the App Store, when I go to cops, it shows that it's downloading, but I can't click the  button to stop it. I even have App Admin, holding down the button doesn't work either, even though App admin works on other apps.

 

I just need a solution as to stop the constant download in the App Store so I can actually download the game.

i had a problem like this a few weeks ago and i fixed it by uninstalling app admin then rebooting phone and jailbreak again
