If anybody knows what program people use to decompile these files that he hacks I can take a shot at it. I have a few years coding experience (0 ios or android though) so I might be able to fumble my way through the process.

 

Hopefully I won't need to know Japanese...

Gamegem allows you to hex edit on a running game.

I wouldn't think that's the way to make hacked game files.
