I use this on ios 11.1.2 iP 7P and it worked like LocaliAPStore 

also if you find any hack on jailbroken section that you want and it needs cydia substrate it will work with electra jaipbreak just paste the files manually in the right directions, i downliaded facetune 2 hack and it worked.
