Deleted pictures and videos of Girlfriend - how to get them back?

    So the title says it all. My gf deleted some pretty awesome pics and vids both from my camera roll and the recently deleted folder and I want them back! I have looked in var/mobile/dcim in ifile and there's nothing there. I do not have any iCloud or photo back ups active as I don't trust it!

    iOS 8 has this new folder in albums called "Recently Deleted", check that. :p

    I just read the title :lol:

     

    There's no way to get them back if she's deleted from both places and iCloud backup is off. Maybe you performed an iTunes backup when the photos where on your iPhone?

     

    Try iBackupBot in Tools section.

     

    Also, there are some programs about restoring deleted files on iDevices but I doubt they work. :3

    Dfoots yeah I don't trust uploading my pics anywhere I feel like if I do other people particularly the owner of said upload service can see my pics. For example any pics you upload to Facebook per there license agreement that you accepted Facebook owns those pics.

    @NitroxicDemon Gah I wish lol I've been in the Gulf of Mexico for two months! I'm a commercial diver and I'll probably be out here for another two months the Internet is to crappy to really download anything so I'll just have to go pic-less and vid-less for another two months :/ sigh

    Next time, if you got awesome pics, copy the pictures from var/mobile/dcim then paste somewhere in the /var/mobile/Documents ^_^
