It s normal Cydia take 88% of system partition??I don t have any tweak installed how to stash??

lol no, Cydia does not take up 80% of system memory. That is all your system memory in total which includes iOS which your device runs on.

80% is quite low for your system memory or normal but as you install tweaks it can increase as that is install to your system memory.

If I was wrong please show a picture or just more information so I can understand.

System partition is where Cydia is installed and likely takes up max 10%. The other percent is actually your iOS system files.
