I have an Ipad 2 with access to settings and everything. But I forgot the password of my icloud, is there any method to remove the current icloud account without the password?

If you have full access to settings as you say, then go to settings -> iCloud and right at the bottom it will say sign out click it and then click sign out again on the popup. I hope this helps

I thought you needed the password to do that but IDK.

You do need the password if your on iOS 10.2.X or lower but iOS 10.3.X and above should let you delete it without the need to enter your password

Maybe if you have Find My iPad on but IDK if he has.

Ok, well I don't know for sure if this works since I've never tried it before but from the comments it seems real 

Requires a jailbroken device and you need to have iFile installed which you can get from Cydia

If you're not jailbroken then I don't think there is a way to remove it, other than maybe restoring via DFU mode (probably won't work either but worth a try)
