Help/Support MISSING ICONS 9.3.3 JAILBROKEN IPAD AIR 2 [AGAIN] [PANGU]

Ok so I know I have another post about this but that post is kinda dead so please hear me out. So I have this one tweak called "SendDelay" so I installed it and then I thought "Wow, this is kinda useless" so I deleted it. When I deleted it all my jailbroken icons like Cydia, AppCake, Activator and Barrel are gone. But good thing I have activator so I can access the apps by using gestures. But I would really like my icons back. Like I cried cause I lost them. Can anyone help? Oh, and side note I already tried using Terminal and using the UICache thing but still no luck.

Open Safari and go to cydia:// URL.

Inside Cydia, reinstall UIKit Tools package.

run uicache & respring / reboot
