If anyone is struggling, this only works if you edit the values of existing files.  You cannot add new, unfamiliar files.  Download navicat trial and edit the Playerdata.  There is a tutorial out there that explains how to do it right but it's values 7, 8, and 9 or something like that.  Once you have an edited md_db, then follow this guide and it will work.  Confirmed on IOS 12.3.1

I am stuck here. How do I open my imazingapp file via WinRar? All I seem to be able to do using WinRar is compress and then extract the same file over and over again... I tried dragging my imazingapp over my WinRar app, tried right clicking on the imazingapp file and select "open with" but WinRar isn't select-able... Please help! (Also googled how to use WinRar to open imazingapp files, but no help found)
