Why Does it say BackUpAgent2 Could Not Open The Snapshot File When It is almost done?

I got a bunch of problems after trying and failing for a while. I ran into the problem of the file type being invalid when I tried to put it back in as a imazingapp file converted directly from a file, missing files problem if I zipped then converted into an imazingapp file, or finally not being able to edit the app on the editable backup. Somehow, It says, on an editable backup, I am unable to write and the files are read only. Not too sure what I'm doing wrong, maybe it's the phone version?

Edit: I'm on a mac which is why I can't just use WinRar or 7zip, I tried using UnRarX but it wouldn't open it
