I was banned from gangstar vegas too,i've exit from game center,deleted Gangstar vegas,after redownloaded,after i started the game and logged game center,after i didn't chose my old account,i made i new one,but i saw that offline you can play with the old

oh ive even tried using different gamecenter i think they banned my UDID before i started modding and using xcon i dont know its weird. and oh dont worry about the bad english

Yeah,it's quite strange,if you can't get unbaned from this maybe you need to try the other gameloft unban (by text)
