Help/Support Stuck in the introduction phase

So i played the game for a few minutes, did my first PvP battle and now I am being forced to upgrade Lock to level 2 for 10 Versus Coins, but I only have 6 Versus Coins, the game then insists on telling me to use 1 Diamond but I don't have any. I tried buying Diamonds from the store, but it doesn't let me buy any. 

Is there any way around this problem?

Must be some bug or something, simply just reset or reinstall the game to start over.

Sadly, I got banned after doing that.

The third time I opened the game, it didn't log me in and redirects me to a Gameloft page that tells me I got banned.
