It broke my Cydia. Now my Cydia is empty with no packages. The error says “the package iosgods.com.cats needs to be reinstalled, but I can’t find the archive for it.” Hopefully somebody can help me.

nvm, I fixed by using Filzaescaped and I deleted all of Catsiosgods file, respringed, and all of my packages are back.
