Help/Support how to respring and put a file from desktop to ipad -pls help a newbie

i have tried guys so many times to downld various file mngr progs like ifunbox, ifile, etc...but as i said safari gives me a message , that it cannot dwnld these files..

if i get it on my pc... how do i pass it onto my ipad , in order to open those bloody deb files, instal them on ipad.... and use it on my game;

Download the .deb on PC and using iFunbox, place them in the Cydia AutoInstall option then reboot your iPad.

 

Install Apple afile Conduit 2 if you haven't already.
