Help/Support how to respring and put a file from desktop to ipad -pls help a newbie

Yeah, install iFile and download the .deb straight from safari where you'll get an option to "open in iFile.." After.

 

Tap on that option then you'll be sent to where the .deb is located and with some more options in a popup. Tap on installer then done.

 

Make sure it finishes with result code 0 aand you have the dependancies installed.

  bro's..... thx so much, i have followed your steps and downloaded the deb file in my ipad 2 ,and see it on an imported folder via ifile, BUT when i open imported folder , i tap on it and it gives a few more option up on toolbar like cut, paste,bin,rename, email etc..but there's no installer button or function....'i looked everywhere' and on active downloads theres nothing going on....tried to double tap, press the main button, nothing guys....

 

stuck bro's.... stuck...god damn....

what imported folder? did you download Save hack or something? Because when you download the file and click .deb in iFIle, you will get ZIP Viwer, Inarchiver, INSTALLER

thx guys i think the problem is that i have downloaded an ifile app version that cannot install deb files, do you know of a secure place to find ifile and get it ; regards

Get Filza FIle Manager?

 

just tap on the .deb file and it will pop up "Zip Viewer, Unarchiver, Installer" and tap Installer and as DiDA said "Make sure it finishes with result code 0 aand you have the dependancies installed."

 

if it doesnt work, download PreferenceLoader from cydia and try again

you can get iFile from : or http://repo.biteyourapple.net or you can also install Filza File Manager as Amuyea above mentioned. Its available on the BigBoss repo. or you can also click on this: http://cydia.saurik.com/package/com.tigisoftware.filza/ from your ipad

Are you Jailbroken? You can't download files without Jailbreak. Use your PC.

@tio pepe if it is a big file, it wI'll take some time to download but it won't show on the address bar or the notification bar. It will complete downloading and their should be a page like :
