Help/Support Tweak or tool to organize home screen?

so does anyone knows a tweak or tool to organize apps on the homescreen? mine is just a big mess  also i'm on ios 10.0.2 so siou doesn't work.

it has more like enhance and anti delete and stuff,i  wanted to move and make page and folders easily

But well I only found MultiIconMover which allow you to move multiple apps at once i guess this works for me

well i didn't have that in mind too x'D i guess i was thinking of a lazy one tap thing but i saw that on a youtube video now while i was searching haha thanks for helping anyway
