This seems a bit buggy....after a few fights with 'no skill cool down time' and 'always your turn' selected, it stops working and the enemy just attacks anyway and doesn't even give me a turn at all. Sometimes, with these options turned on the enemy still goes first and is stuck in a 'taunt' loop where they keep using their taunt skill over and over so no attacks can be made by either side.... 

 

When I have 'auto win' selected, no enemies spawn so my characters are stuck there doing absolutely nothing? How does that work? Any help would be appreciated guys.
