This hack is now updated to App Store version 3.6.2! I've been told only the character requirement feature is working now.

    Hmm, in my iPad....in the area that says update it says open instead.

    You must download App Admin. It gave me the option to downgrade and it worked perfectly. 

    It says that app admin only works on ios 9

    So for now, while waiting for lord @DiDA , the best way to downgrade is to use the new cydia impactor that was posted in the non-jb section  and install the 1.4.0 NO SKILL CD ONLY .ipa file from the non-jailbreak section. The hack can still be used normally .
