@Joka I found way to keep card max level when u restart the game when u open the game quickly open the mod manu before game fully loads and boom ur cards will still stay max level.

As posted before everything is working.

Just for the "instant level card" it work but when i close the game my upgrades are not saved and return to normal. If @Joka could fix it , it would be the perfect hack.
