I'm running 9.3.2, no problem at all. I had this problem too at first, but all you need to solve it is cachecleaner. Install cachecleaner and xcon from the xarold repo, reset the game (reset not clear cache) then launch it. You should have no problems (make sure that no other anti-jb-detection tweaks are installed such as Liberty, etc)

I installed the cache cleaner but never actually used it. But I went and deleted somethings that I may have missed. I removed Breakthrough and App sync verified.

It now works fine.
