Been using this method since OP posted it, no bans. I wait until after I parachute onto the ground to use it, then I only go 1-2 to make sure I don't make it TOO obvious. Usually just use .5 so I go faster but not enough to get me banned.

 

Edit: Seems to freeze after I exit the session, I have to close and restart app. Not sure if it's just me or what but it kind of sucks. I even turned the speed off and it still freezes. Still cool as f**k. Can't believe I didn't think about this. Cheers.
