Hey, I'm confused, when do you get the infinite coupons/smeckles, because as soon as I finish the tutorial and go to the store, it doesn't say '9999' or any high number. If anybody could help I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Once you defeat the first council member, you will get a coupon. Spend that and you will get unlimited coupons. Same goes with schmeckles, just spend and you get unlimited.
