Help/Support Apps not Updating

So my phone has been stacking on updates and is at about 100+ apps waiting to be updated. I tried restarting my phone and even resetting settings. My phone is on version ios 10.2 and is a 6s

Have you tried logging in and out of your Apple ID?

 

Resetting settings on a Jailbroken device is something you shouldn't do.

Do you have app admin installed?

I used too, but then I deleted it and it still didn’t work

Yes I have oh oops but I resented settings when it was unjailbroken or after I rebooted

Updating your iOS device to the latest version.

Troubleshooting steps to attempt to resolve issues updating and installing apps.
Make sure you're running the latest iOS version.
To determine if you're running the latest iOS version please open Settings > Tap on General > Tap on "Software Update"
If you're iOS device is up to date, you'll get a message saying "Your software is up to date."
Next, reset your network settings
Open Settings > Tap General > Tap Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
If you're prompted to enter a passcode, enter it now then follow the onscreen instructions.
Now, try signing out of iTunes & App Store

Troubleshooting steps to help you with the battery on your iPhone.
Try Restarting your iOS device
Press and hold on the Sleep/Wake button
Drag the slider to power off your device completely.
Once the device is off, press and hold on the Sleep/Wake button until you see the Apple logo

Make Sure Airplane Mode Isn’t Turned On

If Airplane Mode is turned on, you won’t be able to update the apps on your iPhone because you won’t be connected to Wi-Fi or your cellular network. To make sure Airplane Mode is turned off, open the Settings app and make sure the switch next to Airplane Mode is positioned to the left.

Clear App Store Cache

Like other apps, the App Store keeps a backup of the information it frequently uses, so it can work faster. However, problems with this cache of information can cause issues in the App Store, like preventing your iPhone apps from updating.

To clear your App Store cache, open the App Store and then tap on one of the tabs at the bottom of the screen 10 times in a row. Make sure you tap the same spot 10 times in a row. The screen should flash blank and then the app will reload automatically.

AND ALSO CHECK TIME AND DATE.

I had that problem, I had 'kstore' installed which caused apps to not install most of the time when jailbroken.

If you do not have kstore installed remove any App Store related tweaks or disable any tweaks with iCleaner.
