you dont use it to purchase diamonds/coins/heroes/other stuffs with $R$E$A$L$ MONEY bro.. just use it for stuffs that can be bought by DIAMONDS in-game

@Joka believe they "ban" you after awhile. For instance I was playing, before I used GameGem to change my gold, and when I was able to get the guild function, it was it was unavailable and to ask support. Then I wiped the game and started over and after joining a guild, I went to PvP and while it was searching for someone "fair" it couldn't find anyone and then when I clicked on the guild button again it gave me the same unavailable message.
