Just be smart. Getting to level 20 with only a few 6 star characters is going to be suspicious. If you can only get to level 5 without hacks, push to level 6 or 7. Then next week add 2 more. Make it look like you're progressing and not just jumping straight to the top. 

Also, don't do iThanos if you can't kill him normally!

I had a different hack that you could only set from settings so it was hard to time kills. 

Ithanos 3 times less than 10seconds lol
